For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

 This is a club, If you want to comment or fav please do in on the original<<< Technical Info: This photo was taken using a 90mm macro lens on a Canon 10D camera. The critical bits of information you need to know are: It was taken using a soft flash hand held above the flower. The focus was set at 1:1. The exposure mode was Aperture priority and the aperture was set to f2.8 to create the bokeh that you see. It was all done from a tripod, to ensure that nothing moved during the photograph. The soft flash was created by placing a white paper bag over the flash. These bags can be found at donut shops, carry outs of various kinds and: Airplane Sickness bags. Focus was achieved by moving the flower back and forth until I saw through the lens what I wanted to photograph. As the aperture was set to 2.8 what I saw was what I was going to get, no worries about the lens stopping down and changing the depth of field. The only post processing was to apply some slight color correction and to use 'unsharp mask' to clean up the edges and bring out some detail. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments.
